Bookings & Studio Policies

Hi, welcome.
At TBS.NG, every appointment is handled with care to ensure seamless and personalized experience. Kindly review our booking policy before proceeding to book an appointment with us.

BOOKING & PAYMENT
To maintain a high - quality and dedicated services, we operate at a full payment booking system. Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you; therefore, all bookings are secured with full payment and are non refundable.

RESCHEDULING & CANCELLATIONS
Appointments that has been booked and confirmed cannot be canceled but can be rescheduled once, at least 48 hours before your appointment.If cancelling without rescheduling, no refunds will be be made.

LATE ARRIVALS
Please arrive on time for your appointment. Arrivals more than 30 minutes late will result in a compulsory lateness fee and a shortened appointment time.If you are more than an hour late, you will have to reschedule your appointment.

NO SHOWS
Clients who missed their appointment without notice will forfeit their deposit and must make a new one to rebook.

TOUCH UPS
Touch ups are charged separately unless otherwise stated during booking.

REFUNDS
All deposits are non-refundable. Please be sure before confirming your appointment.

HEALTH & SAFETY
Client must be 18+ and in good health.
For safety reasons, appointment is not available to heavily pregnant or breastfeeding clients.Please inform us if you have any medical condition such as diabetes, high blood pressure, skin conditions, allergies, keloids, or if you are on any medication.Client on blood thinners, acne medications or with skin irritation in the service area should not book without proper consultations via our social media DMs.If you are feeling unwell, please reschedule your appointment

CONSENT AND LIABILITYBy proceeding to our appointment booking page, you confirm that you have read and understood the above policies.You understand result may vary depending on skin type, lifestyle and aftercare.You acknowledge that there may be minor risks such as redness, swelling, tenderness or allergy reactions.TBS.NG will not be held liable for poor healing due to failure to follow aftercare instructions.TBS.NG will not be responsible for alllergic reactions or complications not disclosed before the procedure.No refunds will be given after the procedure has been completed.

APPOINTMENT CHANGE FROM OUR END
While we are committed to al scheduled appointments, in rare cases where we need to reschedule due to unforeseen situations, clients will be contacted promptly and offered the next available date. If this does not suit your schedule, a full refund will be made.

By proceeding with the booking process, you release the artist at TBS.NG from any liability related to this procedure.
